Wasn't year 2000 the start of the CVO's. Could have sworn my Screamin Eagle road glide was the first cvo. I might be wrong.

I think they started like Beta version in 1999. Starting with the FXR2 and FXR3. I'm not sure when they started adding the Screamin' Eagle to the CVO's and the special markings..I think it was later in the 00's
