Stage 4 exhaust
 
Wondering what you guys think is the best head pipe and Slip-On for the 107 with stage 4? Also true duals or x-pipe?

This is a stage 4 Road King Special with SE High flow exhaust/TTS tuner 124 hp/118tq with a little mod to the mufflers

Here's a LINK to Myths and Facts on Harley exhaust.

The Thunder Torque Inserts™ will provide more low and mid range torque and also deepen the tone of the exhaust(any exhaust, stock or otherwise) a bit, giving it a throatier growl.

They cut back on engine pumping losses and reversion.

First thing you must do is decide what look you want as that will limit your selections Some like the 2:1, some like True Dual and some like the stock look. That is all up to you. After you pick a look then we could give an answer of what people feel is better within your limits.

Thanks for the replies. I currently have the stage 4 on a 17 M8 with Vance and Hines power duals and titan Slip-Ons, H-D high flow intake, it makes 118hp and 114tq right now. I want to go black and a have a buddy willing to buy my chrome stuff. Having the opportunity to start from scratch I'd thought I'd throw it there to see what others are doing for best overall performance.

I like that tuner,At a later date i will probably go to the TTS 200 cam and S&S cam plate and oil pump,but as of now my stage 4 has never run better and after what I have done with my SE high flow exhaust it really helped low end tq and boosted the HP also,It made me a beleaver in my choice of going back to it

True Duals typically make more higher RPM HP but give up low to mid RPM torque, So what are you after? IMHO the original 2:1:2 exhaust makes for the best overall balance between HP and Torque on the M8 application, but if that's not the look your going for you have to do something else.
