Default Looks like only 3 M8 CVOs for 2019.... 2 versions for each model

According to the CARB engine approvals from 8/10/18 there are only 3 CVO models for 2019. CVO Road Glide, CVO Street Glide and CVO Limited. And then each model is offered in a stage 1 version from the factory??

CVO Limited and CVO Limited stage 1 https://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/onroad...868_0d8_hn.pdf

CVO RoadGlide and StreetGlide and Stage 1 version https://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/onroad...868_0d8_hn.pdf

What was strange is all models listed a stage 1 option. They had not done this prior years

nah, nobody held a gun to their heads and like you said "again"..to not see it coming would have been naive..besides the stage kit engines will blow away the stock big bores, which people will buy stage kits for anyway because they just can't ever be satisfied!..people will always find ways to justify spending money one way or another.....rinse and repeat the next year and the next and....

Pretty much what I expected.

Actually I am glad to see it. Tells me the MoCo has confidence in the 114 and 117. Mine has been trouble free with 8k miles but with some of the problems you always wonder.

WTF? Doesn't the CVO come as a stage 1 already? $50K and then you have to get a stage one? **** that.

What it will do is kill the 107 like they did with the 96 to 103. You can't give away a 96 motor. The 107 could be the next boat anchor.

buy one a ride it for 100,000 miles is the only way to get 'value' out of them ... and if people feel the need to spend thousands on engine upgrades to enjoy being in the great outdoors, having fun, making new friends and building memories then so be it..same as an RV, another great way to spend $50K !

CVO Stage 1, what a play on words! Lol (All CVOs came with a stage 1)
Now avaiable in all models, Standard, Special, CVOs.

No thank you, I'll keep my 2009 CVO Road Glide Built 117"!
