I've lost 24lb in the last 3 months (cutting out beer and chocolate ) 180 lb now. The bike has BST wheels that saved 14lb on each wheel. The D & D pipe saved a load but I might change that for a Jackpot? The supercharger conversion added about 12lb. The rear tyre grips really well so will go with that until its an issue. I'll stay with the belt drive until it breaks, could be interesting to see how much it will take. When I get the DH crank, I will ask them to balance it for running without the balance shafts, they worry me.
I want it to stay a street bike and ride on the road. It will never be a peaky monster with the supercharger as its power band is infinite.
