Well it's back in. Wrapped a tie wrap around the lever for 3 hours and it held pressure. Guess we'll see what happens long term. It could be just fine or it could start leaking with wear... I'll let everyone know.

I had my HD dealer (Riverside) call AIM directly and make sure I got a "fixed" version or I was going to have the dealer just do the recall. It did take more than 6 weeks to finally get the latest AIM Light Force version.

Ordered one directly from AIM. I’m going to assume that it will be of the latest design, though they didn’t reply to my email inquiry about just that. Looking forward to the new clutch response.

Received my replacement unit a few days ago. Installed the new unit today and bled the clutch real good. I also installed the thicker clutch damper seat ring. Took the bike out for a ride and am very pleased. The clutch starts engaging about a half inch off the grip. Clutch lever pressure is very light. Knock on wood all will stay like it is now. Very happy.

My AIM engages right off of the grip. I just have to remember to get a few more revs before letting the lever off of the grip. Works like a charm. Lighter than my BMW.

Default Light Force failure

I installed the AIM Light Force on my 2019 flhxs and loved it ! ( received it in April of this year) But after 1200 mi I started to have an issue with having trouble getting the bike out of first gear into second. Yesterday, decided to check the fluid, sure enough, the MC was just about empty! First Harley cant make one that doesn't leak ,and now them. 2019 and we still have problems with the simplest of things.
Sent them an email last night and waiting to find out what they want to do.

Just heard back from AIM, they are sending an RMA for replacement! No questions asked!
