I'm going with the 468 for my 19 RGS but still deciding on the exhaust setup. It's between a good 2-1 setup or 2-1-2 and mufflers. The dyno #'s I have seen are pretty close between the two. My biggest concern is losing the low rpm torque.

Have a look at the RCX Tormentor header.

Some have reported that the RCX rubs the transmission, they are a very reputable company and I would assume they have it resolved but you may want to double check with them.

(Bye bye power train warranty anyway)
Nothing wrong with breaking in on the dyno where everything is under controlled conditions. Have done engines like that in the past and never had any problems. Technically the powertrain warranty is over once you use aftermarket tuners or cams anyway.
