Default FM 117” kit with S&S 475 cam build

Parts ordered and in the mail. Gonna post before and after Dynos, pics of install, and a video whether or not it cranks when I’m done, lol...

Parts: 117” bored cylinders. 10.8:1 compression pistons, S&S 475 chain camshaft, FM AC/DC air cleaner, Screamin’ Eagle 5.5 fuel injectors, AIM variable pressure clutch, DynoJet Power Vision, decatted stock header pipe, S&S MK45 slip ins (both baffles in).

According to similar builds, I’m hoping for 121 HP and 135 Torque.

Will be anxiously awaiting you results, I already have a 107 with a S&S 475 & am just trying to decide when & how big I want to go, I think it will make a great combo, thanks & keep us informed.

Is your before dyno going to be stock, Stg I tuned or what?
Would be nice if you had at least a tuned Stg I as a baseline.

Your goals should be obtainable, as that seems to be the ballpark with the big bore and the bolt-in cams.

Should be an excellent combo, if you or your tuner need any assistance along the way we are more than happy to help.

Pre-build Dyno run will be with stage one: decatted stock header, MK45’s with baffles in, and FM Ac/DC air cleaner. Stock cam and everything else. Tuned using only DynoJet, FM base map with said upgrades, and 5 auto-tune sessions.

Post-build Dyno run will be with FM 117” kit, SE injectors, AIM clutch, S&S 475 cam, and Dyno tune by my local Harley wrench.

The only concern I have is how good my tuner will be. I don’t have the most faith in Harley mechs... if anyone knows a reputable tuner in GA, let me know!

Also, posting before and after sound video for lope and decibel level. I’m more about the performance, but I can’t deny a good-sounding bike and I know there’s not a lot of good before-and-after vids with cam swaps.
