lol older and wiser! If you want to buy one you have to be a police officer or firefighter , dealers can order them for you but have to wait a certain time period to sell them to you....bc they sell them to police and fire for department use. The wait time is around 90 days...

I walked into a dealer that had a new one in stock. Negotiated some and left. I continued shopping found a better deal in Cycle Trader and was going to buy it. The first dealer called me as I was going into the Credit Union to see was I ready to purchase. I told him I found a better deal and appreciated his help. He asked if I could give him five minutes to talk to his boss. He called me back with a much better deal. That's how I bought mine. Mine is a 2017 and I've had it for almost two years. It is a 107. The 2019's come with the 114. They have the best seat of any stock Harley. It doesn't have passenger provisions, a radio, or a tour pack. Finding new ones is kind of hard but if you do you can get a deal.

Police and Fire get 1st shot, but civilians can buy with the 90 day waiting period...Seacoast Harley Davidson in N. Hampton, NH is one of the largest Police/Fire motorcycle providers on the East coast...if in the neighborhood stop buy and check them out, or if not Internet Sales (John Parlatore) can help...
