Buy yourself an Engine Temp sensor for that FEEL GOOD feeling to ensure that it isnt the problem.

Your ET sensor will go bad if your idle gets all types of screwy so keep one as a troubleshooting tool or a spare.

The tune table will tell you exactly where the idle RPM is set throughout the temperature range. Open up the tune in an editor and have a look. It does seem pretty normal though.
