Buy yourself an Engine Temp sensor for that FEEL GOOD feeling to ensure that it isnt the problem.

Your ET sensor will go bad if your idle gets all types of screwy so keep one as a troubleshooting tool or a spare.
Lol. Nah tired of throwing money at it. Just gonna ride it. Again just asking folks. Thanks

My RK bounces around some when cold, 13-1500 then settles down to 950 in a minutes or two. Even on warm days it'll hit 1300 at startup but drops quick.

My RK does the same except idle settles down to 900 using the FP3. The 900 rpm idle has the best lope sound on my bike that I heard cause I played around with it awhile.

Is that pretty easy and "safe" to do with an FP3? Is 900 well within the minimum suggested for oil psi? I think I might wanna do that!?

Going to leave the RK bone stock it doesn't bother me that and still have a 93" shovelhead when I feel the need to get my old school grunge going on sound wise.

Unless you are up before the sun in FL, no such thing as a cold start...
