placed a order for a side cover Monday over the phone early afternoon, got a email confirmation right away that it was placed. come Wed still has not shipped now Baker is only a day or 2 away, so I emailed Jeff in in the am like 6:30 am he said he would check and get back to me NEVER did. so Wed night I email asking again that I need this by Friday did it ship if not cancel it. Now this morning I got a email saying it SHOULD ship today you should see it Friday or Saturday. I said cancel it don't want to risk not having it Friday. so than 3 emails asking am I sure I want to cancel it, Each time I said yes. He could have shipped it out Monday when I placed the order or they overnight it. customer service is not what it use to be

 

What was your reason for installing the Baker side cover?

 

They claim it helps transfer, it looks good and matches my dd7
