Stage 2 107 VS stock 114...

I would say most definitely..when I test rode a couple 114s I didn't think my dyno tuned SE Stage 1 gave up anything to them, and mine felt like it had smoother acceleration..but the Stage 2 Torque cam on a 107 should be pretty quick I imagine and the majority of folks here that have done the SE S2 TQ cam have reported very satisfying results..after both my 114 rides I left knowing I prefer my 107 over the stock 114...of course others might have different opinions

I'm going bike shopping with my nephew and he's looking at a 114 RGS. I'm planning to test ride one myself and was wondering if it would be quicker than my modded 107.
One thing I'll say is that adding the TQ cam really wakened the motor. Totally different experience over stock now when I twist the throttle. I'll bet a stage 2 on a 114 would be even more impressive.

A stock 114 makes low 80's hp at the rear wheel. My Stage 2 103 makes 100. (Non-Harley cam, and a 2-1 exhaust, so keep that in mind.)
There is no question, none, that the biggest bang-for-your-buck power increase is a good cam. This would, of course, include a free flowing air cleaner and exhaust setup, a tuner module, and the tune.
You'll love it!

I had a CR 460 cam decatted stock pipe street cannons on my 107 it ran great 115 tq 106 hp this was with a dyno tune non se tuner. I've seen 114 with a non se tuner dyno 121 tq 93 hp non cat pipe and slipons NO cam . So a stock 114 has decent numbers in a non cammed version just de cat, slips A/C and a good tune.
