Don't waste your time there's a mini circuit board in there that goes out and it does go through the CAN system. Put bike in gear, pull clutch in and try to start the bike. It won't the switch pack is fubar it's that simple, gotta be 50 threads in here on this already.
If you have a clutch switch issue, it very well could be intermittent or at some certain engagement of the switch. Mine was. I only had issues when I was feathering the clutch in stop and go traffic. Bike still started in gear and all.
You got the wrong bike, you got the pirate biker’s bike that Revs up automatically when you come to a red light.
sorry couldn’t help myself, think mine has done that a few times.but it runs good,so I haven’t worried about it any.
Turned out the connector was loose at the clutch handle housing. Seems much better. Still might rev up a bit but quits right away. Much better. And it starts in gear now.
The problem persists and I took it back to the dealer. They checked for intake and exhaust leaks and none found. They put the stock exhaust and ac and reprogrammed the tune back to stock. That did not help. The clutch switch is fine. Anyone else have this issue and got it resolved somehow?

thanks.
I would put a fp3 tuner on it and see if that could fix it. I was having weird idle problems on mine with the fp3 in place and I called them and they downloaded a new tune and it was fixed. They can do things with their tuner that I don't think harley can do. The only risk is that it will cost $$$.
