I have a 2018 Road Glide special that when the ignition switch is on the indicator lights all work and Boom Radio plays until the engine starts and everything goes blank. When you hit the kill switch and engine shuts off everything comes back on. Has anyone had this problem before.

Turned out to be a bad voltage regulator letting 17.8 volts pass through from the charging system.
A built in safety from over current shuts the Boom system down.

Must be a bad batch of voltage regulators; I just had the same thing happen to mine. Thanks to the warranty, no cost to me.
