SE Stage IV 131 kit engine & dyno testing 2020 FLTRXS
 

We just received the SE Stage IV 131 kit and associated components for our 2020 Road Glide Special. We're going to document the installation along with comprehensive dyno testing of this kit. Tomorrow we will start to break down the kit and fully analyze each component as we get ready to install it. Here are a few pictures as we get started.

Jamie, will you use the head pipe that came with the kit or something different? I assume the head pipe has a high flow cat and a larger collector than the normal head pipe but still uses the stock heat shields. My local dealer has not been able to find out if an aftermarket head pipe will fit or not. In the HD listing it states you can not use the SE high flow exhaust system.
Looking forward to more information and results.

Is it just me or do those cylinders look mighty thin?

ahhh they'll be fine ...all the boom boom goes on top of the piston. My micrometer eye tells me they're the same thickness as the other screaming eagle drop on kits. This is going to be interesting to see what f.m. pulls out of this kit.

Ditto, hope they sorted out the valve springs!
