What else would I need to install this in my 16 RGU besides power wires?

I have one in my 17 RGS. I'd assume that they are the same install. You need the amp and a RF universal install kit ($150). That kit includes the power wires (back to the battery) speaker interconnects, power signal on connector, and a universal mounting bracket that mounts the amp beneath the head unit. RF has a YouTube video that walks you through the complete install. As the OP says, a nice little amp with active cooling at a price that beats paying for new.
