HD Insurance

I just received my 2019 Motorcycle insurance and found an about a 35% increase on my 2009 Roadglide. The Insurance company and HD have come up with a new formula to raise our costs. The insurance companies now get from HD the original retail on our motorcycle and work on depreciation of the bike not what the retail cost is right now. Sounds like a way they both can make more money.
Has anyone else noticed this increase too?

My premium actually came down $36 upon renewal. I use Progressive / HD Division.

HD is no longer writing new policies through progressive. If you got your policy prior to Oct 2017 then it is with the old carrier and it is them who raised the costs, not HD Insurance.

I had HD Progressive insurance for a while. When the policy was up for renewal I checked around. The lizard saved me 70% for the exact coverage. I know it sounds like a commercial but it's true. I was floored at the difference.
