hmmm, USAA has been very good to me and I have multiple vehicles, house, accounts, etc.

for those that got the run around, go over the person you are talking to, call their main number and as to speak to that person's general manager, dont take their crap, USAA are very good in costumer service, that maybe just a bad apple.

got sent to progressive for the bike but got a great deal on ins. $260 a year so I cant complaint.
