Bought a new Limited in December. Had Progressive on previous bike and noticed Geico just opened a storefront near me. Found Progressive web site to be a bit confusing on coverage and setting up auto payments. Compared both for the Limited and Progressive seemed a bit cheaper but Geico was easier to deal with a real person and I took the towing coverage.

Not at all. Had a major wreck on the bike a couple of years ago and they were great to work with. Even replaced the Garmin Zumo that didn't survive.

Progressive does free towing too. I'm friends with the manager of the local Geico office and I could not get as good a deal as with Progressive. I had my rear tire go down last summer and Progressive came and got me at a remote location. Towing charge? $0

they are slow, they try to underpay claims they take all even slightly questionable to arbitration court they tell people wrongly that they have to go to there body shop that they deal with and in most states they can go to what ever body shop they want. They will keep people on phone till they admit that they may of had some responsibility so they can deny any part of the claim. Another problem i have is that they do not stop sending junk mail. if you have anymore question feel free to ask and i will be more then happy to talk And what is more you can Google Geico complains and look it up .

Geico- no issues thus far. Paying $776 for 12 mo of liability and $500 deductible for theft. Brooklyn NY has the highest rates in the country.
