Just got my bill for the year It went down 90 dollars on two bikes

 

I think the only reason my Progressive policy went up $40 is because one bike on the policy changed from a 2008 Ultra to a 2014 Street Glide. So far it's still the best rate I've found.

 

I changed a totaled out 2011 for a 2013 they never raised the rate and this year they did low it . Not complaining

 

I just got the renewal from Progressive for my current bike and it's up by maybe $35 for the year. Not huge. So I ran a quote for my new Ultra Limited and it seemed higher than expected- of course I expected a higher rate as we're talking about a brand new bike vs a 9 year old one. So just to see, I got a similar quote from Geico and it was hundreds of dollars a year lower for the same coverage. So I may be taking my MC insurance to them. I will still keep my cars and boat, though. Just goes to show you how much costs on these things can vary. Pays to check other places occasionally.
