i got hit by a vehicle insured by progressive. I was a pedestrian and the claim adjuster told me to make a claim on my auto ins since i had full coverage. progressive forced me to get a lawyer. took over 2 years to get it settled progressive refused to pay my medical bill saying that i shouldn't have been in the way. my wife also went through a battle with them just recently after being rear ended in her car. i will never use that company and i hope i don't have to deal with them again.

Student loans forgiven at death of student. Plenty of government paperwork, but there was alot of paperwork to get the loan in the first place. Very sad story.

I am really surprised this article hasnt gotten more attention. Maybe this is a common practice in the insurance scam, er business. Makes you wonder a bit.

I wonder how much that legislation cost?
