I have two cars with Geico insurance and am going to insure my (new to me) 2007 FXDWG with them. I haven't called them yet, but does Geico have roadside assistance/towing option?

They do but I think they'll only tow for free up to 10 miles or something like that. I almost had to use it one time but can't remember exactly what the distance was.

 

I have it on my bike policy , but thankfully never had to use it . I think its like $100 limit or something, but I also have coverage under the hd warranty and a separate plan thru Allstate motor club.

 

The way it was explained to me was they would tow the bike to a Authorized repair facility. I asked what does that mean she (Janet) said they would tow me to a H-D dealership up to 75 miles.

 

Ok here my story I have road side assistance on my bike and had to use it. The problem is finding a company who will tow it for you. That lady took a long time trying to find some one who would do it all the way to 30 miles away with no luck. What she said was if I found someone I could pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. I was lucky enough to be in my drive way with a friend who had a jack ( flat front tire) Sent from my iPhone using two left handed thumbs
