Ok I had Progressive on my old Blackline at about 45.00 a month. I went direct with them. Well when I purchased my 2014 Street Glide they quoted me Harley Progressive for 58.00 a month. I ignored it and called progressive and added coverage for the new bike. It jumped up to 98.00 a month. I have a lot of personal property protection in case I get sued. So I was not happy with that premium.

I called the Harley Progressive and it's a branch of Progressive but they have better rates. I have the same quotes $98 coverage for 64.75 now. I added coverage also that would buy me a new bike just like the one I had if something happens.

Just a heads up if you are looking at lowering your insurance you might be able to get it even cheaper with Harley Progressive.

 

It never hurts to shop around. I didn't like the rate Progressive gave me on my Limited, so I checked out HD's Progressive, about the same rate as Progressive direct. Gave the business to Geico, they were hundreds per year cheaper. Still have my cars and boat with Progressive though. No one company will be ideal for everyone so get as many quotes as you can stomach.
