From a '99 FLHR carb model in Cobalt Blue.

1. Tank is in good shape, has light scuffs on lower rear corners/side from jeans rubbing. Has gauge included.
2. Front fender in good shape but does have smaller than dime sized chip that has been touched up on side just ahead of forks, from lawm mower when bike was 2days old. Has chrome v-logo fender skirt and V-logo fender rail.
3. Rear fender is in good shape and includes V-logo fender rail.
4. Bags are in good shape and have V-logo lid rails installed. 1 bag does have some small scratches at lower rear corner and small scratch on lower part of rear face. Bags have new latches but no locks are included. Also included with bags is a set of V-logo ssaddlebag guard rails.
5. Side covers in good shape and have V-logo trim rails installed.
