Default NJ: 2011 Softail Deluxe, 4sale or trade for Sportster

For sale is my 2011 Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe. The bike has under 6,000 miles. The bike has security option but no ABS. The color is Merlot Sunglo and it is in perfect condition. One of the best colors Harley produced in my opinion. Always get compliments on it and many think it’s a custom paint job. It sparkles red in the sun, but looks almost black at night. Pictures don’t do it justice. The pics were taken on a partly cloudy day so you can kind of get an idea of how it looks as the light changes. There is not a mark on the paint, no chips or scratches. Paint is all original, never in an accident Always garage parked, and never ridden in inclement weather. Bike was meticulously maintained. Paint and chrome were spray waxed before and after every ride. Despite the low mileage, the bike is on its fifth synthetic oil change, just to give you an idea of how I treat this Harley. The bike is visually and mechanically perfect. The only issue I have with the bike is the front brake rotor occasionally emits a light squeak. I’m told this is because the polished rotor needs time to break-in. I have the stock rotor and pads if you would like to change them back, but I think the looks is worth the slight annoyance

The bike has over $8,000 invested just in parts. It’s custom enough to stand out, but understated enough to look factory. Still has plenty of room to put your own touch on it. I’ll try to be as detailed about the modifications as I can, but understandably I can’t touch on everything.

Starting at the front the obvious stuff is the chrome front end and Custom 21”x3.5” front wheel. I had this custom laced in 40 spokes to match the stock rear, with matching white wall. Many people do the thick spoked wheels, but I bet this is one of the only wide 21” wheels laced to look stock. Front end was lowered with progressive springs and Ricor valves (better ride and handeling) to compensate for the larger wheel. Also installed Fatboy bars and risers for a better look and internal wiring.

Lights all have trim rings. LED headlight and passing lights are super bright. Has upgraded Harley combo gauge cluster and flush mount gas cap and gauge. Seat is a custom C&C seats piece which has red diamond tuck stitching which matches the pin striping on the bike.

Engine has a Vance & Hines exhaust, Arlen ness Big sucker, and Power Commander V. This Bike was tuned on a Dyno for optimal performance, it does NOT have a generic map.

At the rear, all lights are LED. The tail light also has a brake light modulator which allows the user to select various strobe patterns. The license plate was relocated to below the taillight which involved a new housing and gives a huge improvement compared to a stock Softail Deluxe.

In between is thousands in chrome, and little touches such as the coil relocation which cleans up the area behind the rear cylinder. The engine area is also lit up with red accent LEDs

Below is a list of parts to give you and idea of what you’re getting. It is not a comprehensive list and is missing a lot of the smaller items and chrome pieces. I have all receipts and most of the stock parts as well which will be included.

a real beauty, lots of stuff on it, but still looks clean & uncluttered.

maybe take some pics with the rear seat removed, to show how it would look as a single seater?
