$21k not so good, $19k is good. $16k is one hell of a deal! You have the original pipes as the 2 into 1 can be a turn-off to some people. At least this person LOL
Keep the bike and get the boat any way. $16k isn't even a good down payment on a boat

Nice bike!
Up here in the frozen tundra of Cleveland, OH there are dealers selling '14 Ultra Limited's for $15,600 on their websites - before negotiations. The market just really seems to have crashed, maybe due to never ending winters here up north or could be over-saturation of used bikes in the market.
As nice as yours is, I can't believe it's been for sale for almost a year with no takers. I hope you sell it soon. It really sucks to drop your price $5k from where you started and you still can't sell.
Any possibility of consigning to a HD dealer who offers rider to rider?

Freind of mine just sold his 14 same ‘bike he got 14,000 for his the resale on Harley-Davidson suck the market is flooded everyone wants a M8 motor. Good Luck

I agree about folks wanting the M8. Dealers up here still have NEW '16's sitting on the floor, some offering huge dollars off of MSRP and even throwing in freebies such as ESP, services, etc...
Really sucks for those who made huge investments into their HD's and now can't even come close to breaking even. The days of minimal depreciation on HD's apparently is long gone.

Don't believe the "Everybody wants a M8" is why your bike hasn't sold. Bike sales are down in general across all manufacturers. I've had a couple PM me saying the same thing telling me my bike is not worth what I am asking because everybody wants the M8. Also tried to tell me dealers in their area are selling them well below what I am asking. Then why not buy it from the dealer instead of buying mine? I'll keep it up for sale and start riding it again in a few weeks. Keep it clean and maintained...but I will not drop the price. Good luck on your sale. Great deal. At $16,000 I'd be a looker if it wasn't black.

thanks all and I agree Jay, the right person will come along I'm not going to give it away ill ride it and enjoy it and it will sell when it sales.
I never said a Harley was an investment the problem with Harley is they have flooded the market and continue to change models and put out new motors and it kills the resale which was one good part about a Harley now its only a motor cycle no different than any other. it not only hurts resale for owners but as mentioned look what it does to a dealership that has all the leftovers on the floor and cant sell them that alone should tell Harley something.
