not sure from the picture, window top or bottom? It looks like top, but if it's bottom, I'll take it

 

For sportster, dyna and other similar styles the window would be on top. For softails it's on the bottom (you flip it for softails).

 

based on the picture, geometry tells me that you can't flip it. It's shaped different on the top and bottom

That's fine For the record though, it's correct geometry for both, you flip it for softails, softails have the wider part on the bottom, while others have the wider part on top
