I had this on my bike for about 1000 miles. I prefer the stock look so I just changed to the 606 version. Comes with everything seen. Depending on your setup you might need a throttle body support bracket. The Kuryakyn 9929 is $27 on Amazon. I've kept mine since I had it powdercoated and am using it with the 606 air cleaner. $80 shipped.
