Shipping on the regulator to 44077? Can you tell me why the regulator was removed?

 

USPS priority mail flat rate would be $14.35. I replaced the regulator when chasing down an electrical problem, which turned out to be a short in the stator wire, not the regulator. Since I had already mounted the new part, I just left it on.
