I received two different HD helmets for my birthday, which is Monday 9/12, and wore both around the house for a half hour. While both fit well, I went for a carbon fiber model that fit my (not easy to fit) shape of head a little better, and am letting this one go. It is brand new, in the box, comes with a helmet bag, and has no scuffs. I attached a picture from the web since this is in the same condition as the moment I got it, and if you would like me to take a picture of it for you, I will gladly do so.
