It must have been the Ontario rally in 2015 that they started to charge extra for the t-shirts/pins - couldn't make that one.

 

OK, I am now really pi$$ed off. I've been trying to register for 3 days. I just keep getting the run around. No matter what I do, I keep being sent back to the page with a smiling couple in helmets. I keep getting the message "Your e-mail or password is not in their files". That's BS. I've had the same e-mail/password for 10 years. Then I try to change the info or even make a new profile and it keeps sending me back to that smiling couple in helmets. What gives???

I have made all my motel reservations now before the prices go even higher.

Is registration even open yet??? The main page says there are no activities for Canada yet.

 

Try to do your normal login to HOG first. Once you do enter this link directly into your search engine:

That should bring you directly to the site and allow you to register. Not sure why it is glitching but it is. I just tried and it worked for me. Hope this solves the problem.

 

Hi Gary,

I know that there has been issues with the registration page and that HOG has been hard at work behind the scenes at getting it going. I get lots of emails from members from all chapters and have told them to call the main HOG phone number to register if they are not getting through with the website. Please give them a call HOG number at 1-800-668-4836.

 

I was doing what BrokenAnchor suggested and nothing was happening - then POW! - I was in the right place. Going to register now. Thanks again.

I take that back. I did get on the registration page just before leaving the office. I figured I'd reopen in the next day. Well, here I am trying to get to that page again - no such luck. I don't know what I did yesterday to get to the registration page, but I'm back at square one again. I'll keep trying different moves.

Harley's website has got to be the worst I've ever been to. I even have an almost impossible chore trying to find the ABC's of Touring page. I still can't find it. And it's been, what, 10 ~ 15 years and you still can't e-mail them with a question! WTF

Hopefully I'll accidentally find the registration page. So long for now.

Guess what? I was just able to register. I don't know how I finally ended up in the correct place, but I did. I still can't find the ABC page. That one I also accidently stumbled on in the past.
Don't know why Harley's website has to be so hard to navigate.....at least for me. Don't know if others are having the same problem.

And why does the "Find events" drop down still say there is "No Events at this time"????

As aggravating as trying to get a straight answer from a H-D dealer.

I have to agree the site is terrible. I keep looking and see that the US has rallies listed early, and we have to keep nagging to get any info and even at that it only trickles down for us in Canada.

 

I'm told that the HOG website works better with Google Chrome. I registered a few months back using Google Chrome and had no problems.
