Getting prepared to ride down to D.C. for Rolling Thunder. The parade starts at noon. It is crowded but such a special event. I just hope the rain holds off. To all those going today, ride safe and a thank you to all that have served.

 

Rained like crazy! but it was a good trip overall. I rode up from the beach and arrived about 9. Met some friends from out of town and took in the sites. About? 1/2 thru the run it started raining and continued for quite a while. No matter still a great ride. Below are some pictures...

Glad you werent hurt .Yes these things happen if you ride enough.Dealing with the scratches and paintwork is another thing.

I always say a Harley with no scratches at all doesnt get ridden

Good memories for sure. We had just left the parking lot when the bottom fell out. No rain gear on! Got soaked to the bone!
