Daytona Beach

I would say Destination Daytona and the Iron Horse Saloon are two locations you should visit. There is a lot to see at DD, you could spend a day there and not see it all. There is a dealership there, countless vendors, JP Cycle brick and mortar, live entertainment and much good food. It's always cool to ride down Main Street at least once just for the experience. Lots of bars and biker paraphernalia in around Main Street. If you get time head out to the Cabbage Patch in Samsula, it is an iconic Bike Week destination too.

Racing's North Turn at beach for historic aspect.
The eatery by the Ponce inlet light house on the water.
A ride up the coast to Flagler beach as suggested earlier.
The food and beverages at bike specific events are rather pricey as is common at most fair/carnival type events...eat better and be more comfortable by going away from the noise to real establishments.
