New member from Finland
I think it's time to introduce myself. I'm a 35-year-old custom bike enthusiast from Finland. Been riding metric custom bikes for 15 years now, but I've always had a dream of owning a Harley.
I've been following the discussions on HD forums for quite some time, but I guess I'll be posting also from now on, after placing an order for a brand new 2015 Street Bob last week.
It took a long time for me to make up my mind on which model to choose. Originally I was drawn to Fat Bob, but I decided to do some test rides before choosing my bike. I rode a couple of softails (Breakout and a Rocker with a Heartland wide tyre conversion kit), a Fat Bob and finally chose to take a Street Bob for a short test ride.
To my surprise it was the Street Bob which caused the biggest grin on my face while riding! I loved the way the bike handled, I loved the mini apes, and I loved all the possibilities the SB offers for customizing.
So I orderd a brand new denim black SB with the following options:
-V&H Big Radius pipes
-Fuel Pak
-Screaming eagle air cleaner kit
-HD detachable saddle bags
-HD sissy bar
-Passenger pillion and footrests
-Forward controls
The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the rear signal relocation kit that needs to be in place for the saddle bags to fit. I guess it's a compromise I need to accept, because I make a lot of longer trips together with the ol' lady...

you got a St Bob and you take a LOT of Longer trips with the wife?? let us know later how it works out..
