Classic Harley
Good Evening,
I'm new to the site and would like to thank you for allowing me to join. I will have plenty of questions for all of you as I'm not that familiar with Harley Davidsons I have owed Triumphs since I was in high school.
I recently inherited my Father In Laws 1951 Harley FL and I in the process of doing a complete restoration on it. The motor is out for rebuild and I just got back the frame from powder coat.
Does anyone know of a good leather guy in the Atlanta, GA. area the seat needs to be re-done the mice did a number on it. Did I mention the bike has sat in a garage for the past 45 years every system is either froze up or eaten by mice, but I must say I'm very impressed by the enginnering of the bike it self very well built and thought out.
Again thank you for letting me become a member of the site.
John

Welcome from NorCal & good luck with your restoration. I suggest you use google to find someone that's done old HD seats before.
