Hello from Ventura!

This is my second posting attempt - I jumped the gun and posted this previously before I registered here as a vendor. Sorry for my confusion. I think that I am abiding by the rules with my post this time!

I'm Chris and I (along with my wife, Claudia) own/operate a small, but growing full-service (including dyno service) motorcycle performance center in beautiful Ventura, California. I started the business after retiring from 25 years in the military. I knew that very few other jobs could live up to my job in the Army. I also remember how difficult it was to find a shop to trust every three years or so when the Army would move my family and me. So I learned to tune, bought a shop, hired a master mech / Harley PHd /parts guru, and have been serving the Southern/Central California bikers ever since. We treat every customer with integrity and respect not often found in small independent shops because I remember what it was like to be on the other side of the counter.

I joined HD-Forums because I always appreciated the information shared among the various streams. HD-Forums has long been my go-to for hard-to-find information about maintaining the bikes that we love. I enjoy learning and I hope to help others with sound advice based on knowledge learned in the shop and having ridden Harleys in all over much of Europe and of the States. I also just enjoy talking/writing about Harleys and am hoping to become a regular contributor.
