Default Long Ride Shield

Anyone using Long Ride Shield on there 14 Ultra? Looking for a shield with a little less air flow on passenger helmet or any other options that work? Thanks Bob

I have their tinted polycarbonate recurve 10" and it works great. I put on a CVO hammock seat and it raised me up a bit, still good but I'm almost thinking of getting a 11". The windshield it's self is of great quality and I've been very happy with it. They also give a forum discount.

Been using the Ultra Elite, light tint, etched 11" for some time now and am very satisfied with it. Bigboyride (see above) recommended it way back, so it's all his fault my wallet is thinner.....

I have the LRS 11" Ultra on my 14 limited. My wife complained about her head getting whipped around on the highway with the stock shield. The wind was also hitting the top of my helmet causing it to vibrate. The LRS Ultra solved both issues. Spend the extra and get the Ultra Elite. It won't scratch as easy as the Ultra and has a 1 year warranty instead of 6 months.

8" ultra on mine and love it! We don't wear helmets, but my girlfriend says she gets less wind blast with the LRS than the stock 10".

Had one on the Roadking and it was a nice shield but had a cloudy look and scratched really easy. Called them on it and they just said it was normal.

Got a Cee Bailey now and WOW, now that's a nice windshield. 9" recurve...

Big boy - how tall are you?
I'm looking at getting a Hammock or similar and I'm already getting too much buffeting on top of my helmet with the stock seat / windscreen.
