Default Much difference in OEM seat and Hammock

I pretty happy with the stock seat, but interested in the hammock seat. Does the hammock come heated also? Anyone know any outfit that can put head in a stock seat?

Don't know anything about the hammock seat but for modifications to stock try http://www.meancitycycles.com

Pretty happy with my stocker but may get MC to tweak it a little this winter.

At first I liked the stock seat but after our first 2 hour trip, it gave my Wife and I a sore butt. I demo'ed a heated Hammock at the dealer and really liked it so I bought one. I feel like I am sitting a little further back and a little higher, maybe an inch. I then found a new CVO Hammock on Craig's List and bought it because even though it's a heated Hammock also, it feels different and is even more comfortable to me. The thigh area is narrower and it has leather inserts. We have been on a few long trips and this seat is great for us and no more sore butts! I think you would be happy with a heated Hammock.

The hammock is the most comfortable HD seat I've ever owned. Get a backrest for sure too.

Don't know about having your stock seat redone, but the Hammock is quite nice. It is available heated, and I think it retails for about $899.00. As others have said, the backrest is a nice option also.

A sweet seat in Tampa Fl. Redid my stock seat and added heat
He dose the seat to your weight and height . I demoed the hammock seat. I felt that for that price it was just a so so seat.
Brain guarantees 60O mile days . I have done 350 miles days so far after having seat done very happy . The heating system comes with a 3 yr warranty and he warrantees his work for a year . I will say it really is not much cheaper then a new seat but I feel I get what I want . This is the 2 nd bike that I have had the seat done . He also dose custom covers.

just did an IBA ride last weekend on my hammock

wasn't too sore the next day to make the 200 mile ride home - in fact, not hot spots or raw spots at all. very comfy
