15 Roadie led/grill mod
Its' the second 15 road glide I've done and wanted to do this on the last one in January. Not sure if its been done or if it even looks quite like I want but its decent.
I Just put in some "pin" type tiny led's around the vent and hooked them thru the cig lghter so they come on with the ignition or accessory. Then cut up some grill that was meant for a subwoofer. Just made a template and made it work with a little bending, they outer fairing holds it tight in place. might look better with some wirey mesh type but its decent for a 5 buck mod. ride safe, paul

I'm pretty sure White and Amber are the only legal lights on athat can be visible from the front on a licensed motor vehicle when it's being operated on a public roadway or thoroughfare. Reds and Blues are for government-sanctioned emergency vehicles. But.....you can run whatcha brung on a sanctioned parking lot show, in a display booth, on your own acreage, private venue shows, permitted exhibitions, etc. Trust me...you don't wanna operate reds and blues on public roadways when you're not authorized to do so...a misdemeanor in most states, but unwanted attention that cops will remember the next time they see you and your bike. And blue dots just barely get by depending on who's looking. But to each his/her own. Just sayin'
