Default 90 Octane non-ethenol

Has anyone had any experience using non-ethanol 90 octane. Riding out west I could only get 91 octane no problem. I wondered if being non-ethanol would be rated different. Thanks in advance.

Punch up "pure gas" and put the app on your phone, shows you which stations have non ethanol, I use in my bike and vintage snowmobiles and new snowmobiles, great for older cars also

I could only wish to find non - ethanol 90 fuel. The only best non - ethanol for me is 89 in my area.

Ethanol hurts small engines, (Weedeaters, lawn mowers) It seems, I didn't know this until my 3 yr old mower got hard to start, and I went through a 4 stroke weed eater in 2 years, (not using that often) so now I use gas additive, STABIL in my can and they run better. Does it bother our larger engines? Or are our MC designed to use ethanol based fuels just fine? (May run better without,, but no damage?)

Ethanol is hard on older fuel lines, gaskets etc. new vehicles have no problem using it, ethanol absorbes water and when the water causes problems!

Just came back from a 4 day road trip up to Watkins Glen NY. I's been using hi-test ethanol gas and averaging 45 MPG. On the way home I stopped for what would be my last gas stop. I noticed the gas prices were a little higher and then noticed that the gas was 90 octane non-ethanol. I filled up, about 4 1/2 gallons and off I went. Got home and filled up, about 4 gallons and did a check, got 50 1/2 MPG from that last tank with a part of the ride being in heavy stop and go traffic as I got closer to the City. Bike ran fine and mileage was obviously better. Only one tank but I wish I could get it all the time...good luck!

My son and I used 89 octane non ethanol gas,From WAWA gas station, during Bike Week.We filled up in the morning and rode 220 miles per day, for 3 days. Both bikes got 40 miles to the gallon with no noticeable performance gains. My bike would ping with non ethanol.Guessing because of higher compression of HO 103.Switching to ethanol, both bikes got 40 miles to the gallon and no pinging.
Real gas used to give better mileage, but, not in this case.It was also, more expensive to purchase.
