Default My Rushmore shutting down help needed

I'm hoping someone else has an issue with the bikes shutting down.
I have a '15 Limited with 1700 miles on it. I have a thunderMax tuner, Rush 4" pipes with Big Louie's and a Arlen Ness. Big sucker a/c. These parts have been on the bike for about 4 months and 800 miles. Mondayon my way home from work after about 45 minutes af riding in stop and go traffic, I pulled up to a stop sign and when I went to pull away the bike died, it started back up immediately and ran the. Last few blocks fine.

Yesterday I went to go for a ride and first the bike just cranked. I shut the ignition off and turned it back on the bike started right up and away I went. I stooped and had breakfast with a friend the bike started right up and I was going to take a ride. All of a sudden the bike would just die while cracking the throttle. So I made it home and pulled the seat. I pulled the 50amp fuse and re-set the tuner. No change. I thought maybe I had a bad load of gas so I took the tank off and drained it, I put 2 gallons of fresh fuel, even though I fueled it yesterday morning. It still has the same symptoms. Any ideas?

So this post is so long just wanted to get the facts out there and to see if anyone else has had these issues.

Can you disconnect the tuner and just try running it with the on board computer? I have heard that when tuners go bad they act like this

Hopefully the data you sent Tmax will find the problem.
I'd check my grounds and the connectors at the Tmax first. Check the connector for the Throttle Control Actuator behind the Air Cleaner on the left side.
Good Luck

You don't have the tuner? T-Max is a replacement ECM. If you suspect it has a problem, about all you can do is re-install the factory ECM.

My 11 had a thundermax on it. I had it on for 2.5 years and it started doing this. Cutting out at stoplights, not all the time. Would start right back up. I was going to trade my bike off anyways so I put everything back stock and sent the tmax to Zippers and they did find a corrupt file of some sorts, they corrected it, updated the firmware and sent it back all under warranty. I then sold it to a friend and he is happy with it. I had to buy the newer version for my 14 RK and have 0 problems with it. So I would say it is the Tmax

The Tmax would be covered under the HD warranty.

It would be worth a try to hook up to the Tmax and see if the firmware is up to date. Check out their web site for videos.
