Intercom Question Boom Audio
Just traded off a 2012 Ultra Classic for a 2015 Ultra Limited Low. We have always used our intercom system. I have set this one up and it works fine. I don't use the vox, use the PIT button. The one difference is I could always hear myself speak over the mic. And so could my wife. Now intercom works and we can hear each other, but don't hear our-selfs as we speak. Hope you understand what I mean. Anyone else notice this on the new systems? I thought the old system was easier to use, when you could hear what you were saying over the head set. Hope I didn't make this to confusing.

Try this it is from another thread on the issue:
It is within the diagnostic tool (hold mute button, turn ign on, wait for accept button, press accept button, release mute button), under audio in the first menu screen....
There is more in this thread:

Apparently Harley is saying the feature has been removed but some are saying it has still worked with the 1.19.1 update on some bikes. More than likely they have had problems getting it to work properly and may have said enough and just removed it rather than fighting an issue they can't solve.
I know my Sena headsets that work by blue tooth will sometime have side tone and I hate it. I don't want to hear myself talk and I suspect in research Harley more than likely has found the majority of people don't use it or don't like it.
