Ok so I am riding my 15 RG and I need to turn the 4.3 infotainment units volume down. volume control does not work at all. Kill the power to the unit and restart it and the volume control works. I lost my saved songs list one time. no big deal just reset them. its been an easy fix for each issue, its just been annoying as hell. anyone else having these issues with their 4.3 unit.

had the same issue with volume on the 6.5.
A few more years of software updates and HD might finally have something that works like it's supposed to.

 

My 4.3 died the other a.m., after I got home and it sat for 10 minutes, it came back alive. Nice quality, maybe add this to the recall list?

 

I had a similar issue once with my Limited (6.5 inch). Next time I started the bike it was all better. Never happened again.

 

I did the software update. in reading the software update, one of the issues fixed was the loss of volume control from the left thumb stick. everything seemed to work fine. Didn't get to test it today however, low to mid 40's this morning.
