I have Factory 47 Assault Bars on my 14 FLHXS. They are 1.5 inches thick and very comfortable for anyone with broad shoulders since the end of the handlebars extend past the left and right ends of the Batwing. Their RGS bars are wicked too! They are made to order up to 18 inches. Check out their website. The finish is beautiful.

12" Yaffe apes in black of course I'm 5'10" tall and they're great for me. You're tall enough you'll probably require a decent amount more bar height to be comfortable.
