Heavier front end, Redesigned bag lids and latch, resigned tour pack. HYD clutch. Linked brakes. As for 2016 narrow primary on all touring models. Hi out put 103. Vented faring on Touring models. Inforcenter on Touring bikes except RK. As of 2016 Daymarkers on all Touring models I believe . Sure a missed something.

Is the narrower primary only change to the '16 over the '15's as far as motor?

not all changes are across the board on all models, but the above answer seems to be the best answer.

Some models had then in 2015 the ones called Low's, they became standard in 2016 on Touring bikes.
