Default FillerZ installed. But guage turn signal blinks very fast

Just finished the install of the CD FillerZ on my 2015 FLHTK and the look great. For some reason the turn signal arrow on the guages blink very fast, like what happens when a bulb is burned out or there is no equalizer. The 2014 and up are not supposed to require the equalizer for LEDs. I also have the RingZ up front. Both operate the way they should but I'm worried somethis is amiss with the arrows blinking so fast.

Did I do something wrong? Is this normal?
Any advice would be great.
Thanks

If turning the hazards on for 5min doesn't work, try this:
Start the bike
Turn the hazards on
Let it idle for 4-5 min
Turned the ignition off while leaving the hazards on
Turned the ignition on and then turned hazards off
Turned ignition off and then back on
Both Turn signals should work correctly after doing this.
