Default Tools needed to swap lower legs?

I have a set of powdercoated lower legs that i need to swap over to my forks and im curious what tools are needed to do so? Earlier this year i pulled the forks and had a local indy install the progressive monotube kit, but this time around id like to do it myself. im very mechanically inclined and I have a shop manual.

What tools are need to pull the lower legs off the fork tubes?

Im assuming ill need to replace the bushings and seals? does it come as a kit?

Thanks for any help!

John

John
19mm Hex Socket
12mm LONG Hex Socket
Fork Seal Seater

You can make your own tools...
19mm head bolt and 2 nuts
12mm Hex wrench cut of the "L" portion and use a 17mm socket
2" PVC Pipe

I just got done with this, didn't install new seals mine were fine.

I installed the Progressive Cartridge, you may need something else to get the springs in if your putting stock back in.
