Harley fined for selling tuners
Just read an article, i believe a fine of 12 million was given for selling tuners that created higher emissions, epa crap,

Would not be surprised to see Harley dealers shunning bikes that have modified outside EPA guidelines. In California you cannot sell a car that does not meet smog standards.

This is ludicrous. I thought that's why they put the "for off-road use only" and *chuckle "for race applications only" on the packages and splash screens? Thought that was a CYA thing for them?

They will go after all the aftermarket tuners now, just like the are doing with the diesel tuners.
