2014 Ultra limited Rushmore radio issues
My radio problem just started a few weeks ago. When I have my iPhone plugged into the USB is when the problems starts. What happens when I'm okay in my Sirius radio and after talking on the phone or listening to my recorded music the problems starts. As I riding down the road playing my Sirius, the system jumps to my recorded music on my iPhone. And when I'm playing my recorded music, it jumps to Sirius radio. The only way to stop this is to disconnect via systems setting and unplug it from the USB port.
My dealer so far can't find a solution. Any suggestions?

There is definitely something going on with the Infotainment system with both BT and USB simultaneously connected. Symptoms vary (this is the 1st time I've heard of the problem as you describe it) and it does not effect everybody or with all devices (I only have trouble with my iPhone being BT connected when I've got my iPod Classic connected via USB and never with any other device combo that I've tried). Maybe we get lucky with a future s/w upgrade but for now H-D is not acknowledging any issue in this area. For now your best bet is to find a work-around to "fix" the problem.

If I'm listening to Sirius while displaying GPS map, I am unable to change Sirius channel using either the left joy stick or the voice control. Another symptom is the "now playing" info at the bottom of the display does not update. To fix the issue I must navigate to the Sirius page and it eventually updates and allows control. Only happens if I have the GPS map up on the display. HELP!

Same problem. I would loose all sound in speakers and head set. I can turn off Bluetooth and sound returns. GPS also an issue. HD finally replaced radio.
