The parts manual only lists the radio as a complete unit. So maybe call a dealer and see if they have a parts list for the radio itself. Then you can try an online source such as Boardtracker, but not before you obtain a part number.

There was a few 6.5 front panels on ebay a while back. Cheap enough from memory also.
