I have enforcer wheels that need a tire change and want to install a 90* valve stem with tire. Does anyone know what length the valve stem threads need to be? I have no idea what the thickness of the wheel is where the valve stem goes through.

I would like something like this, with bolt on outside, and rubber on inside. It says its 10mm.
